By accessing or using Awee.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership & Legal Rights

Awee.app is owned and operated by Awee.app, Nand Persaud Group of Companies.
All legal rights, trademarks, intellectual property, platform technology, and operational authority associated with Awee.app and Awee Marketplace are fully reserved by the Company

• Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, or other contact details when you register or contact us.

4. Account Registration & User Obligations

To place orders or access certain features, users must create an account and provide accurate, current information.

By registering, you agree that:

• All information provided is true and complete

• You will update your details when changes occur

• You consent to receive operational notifications and optional promotional communication (you may unsubscribe at any time)

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

The Company retains the right to verify any information supplied and may suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or fraudulent data.

5. License & Site Access

Awee.app grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:

• Download, copy, or modify any portion of the Platform without written permission

• Use data mining or automated tools for extraction

• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any content or platform components

• Use Awee trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without authorization

Unauthorized use terminates your access rights.

6. Pricing

All products displayed on Awee Marketplace may vary and are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase will be the amount charged.

7. Return & Refund Policy (Awee 7-Day Return Policy)

Awee Marketplace offers a 7-Day Return Policy for eligible products.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging/accessories

• Proof of purchase is required

• No returns for:

• Damaged items

• Modified or altered items

• Installed or used items

• Returns after 7 days from purchase/delivery will not be accepted

Refund & Exchange Options

• Eligible returns may be refunded or exchanged

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method

• A restocking fee may apply for opened items

Some products sold by vendors may have additional restrictions, which will be noted on the product page where applicable.

8. Warranty Policy

Products purchased on Awee Marketplace may carry warranties ranging from 1 to 6 months, depending on the product and the vendors warranty terms.

Warranty coverage includes manufacturer or vendor defects only.
Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage

• Misuse or improper installation

• Water or environmental damage

• Accessories or consumables

Warranty handling may be done directly by the vendor, the distributor, or an authorized service provider.

9. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery schedules are determined based on order quantity and logistical suitability for transport.

Orders are typically dispatched when delivery vehicles are operating at full or optimal load capacity. If a delivery vehicle does not reach suitable capacity within the scheduled timeframe, delivery may be deferred to the following week.

Estimated delivery dates communicated by a sales representative are indicative only and may be subject to change based on logistical requirements, route planning, and load availability.

Awee.app shall not be held liable for delays arising from transportation capacity constraints or operational scheduling requirements.

10. Payments

Awee Marketplace currently supports the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Bank Transfer

Payment must be made in accordance with the instructions displayed at checkout or communicated during order processing.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Awee Marketplace may be cancelled from the time the order is placed up to one (1) day before the delivery date specified by the sales representative.

Cancellation requests made after this cutoff period may not be accepted, as the order may already be in processing or dispatch.

13. Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from:

1. Uploading unlawful, abusive, threatening, or offensive content

2. Engaging in fraud, unauthorized access, or system interference

3. Violating any laws of Guyana

4. Copying or distributing copyrighted materials without permission

5. Harassing or interfering with other users

6. Attempting to misuse or exploit platform features

Violations may lead to account suspension, legal action, or both.

14. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data, are the exclusive property of Awee.app or its licensors.

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any materials

• Reverse-engineer platform components

• Use any branding or marks without permission

All rights are protected under the applicable laws of Guyana and international copyright treaties.

15. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

Any comments, reviews, or submissions you provide to Awee Marketplace become the property of the Company.

By submitting content, you grant Awee Marketplace:

• A perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, display, publish, or distribute your content

• The right to display your submitted name or username

• The right to remove or reject reviews that violate guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

16. Objectionable Material

You understand you may encounter content posted by third-party vendors that some users may find offensive.
Awee Marketplace is not liable for user-generated or vendor-generated content.
Use the Platform at your discretion and report inappropriate material to support.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awee.app, Awee Marketplace, Nand Persaud Group of Companies, its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of third-party rights

This provision survives termination of your account.

18. Termination

Awee.app may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for:

• Violations of these Terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Misuse of the platform

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform is revoked

• You must stop using all downloaded or copied materials

• Outstanding obligations (such as payments) remain enforceable
  
  

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of Guyana.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Guyana.

20. Modification of Terms

Awee.app may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on the Site.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
