Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from NPC are covered under a range of 1 to 6 month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty is valid for products used for:

Residential use
Commercial use

Other uses (as specified at the time of purchase)

What the Warranty Covers

NPC will repair or replace any product that is found to have a manufacturers defect within the 6-month period.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must present:

The original cash receipt, and

The NPC warranty form

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to the following:

1. Damage caused by physical misuse, mishandling, or negligence

2. Any modification or alteration performed by unauthorized individuals or service centers

3. Removal or tampering with the products serial number

4. Appliance damage resulting from defective or unstable electrical supply

5. Damage caused by natural disasters, such as storms, flooding, or by accidents, fire, vandalism, or theft

6. Repairs conducted by unauthorized repair services

7. NPC will not be responsible for damages caused from GPL

8. Usage that violates the terms and conditions of the manufacturers original warranty
